Pay & Display in Argostoli

Looks like the Pay & Display scheme in Argostoli is starting / being extended. I thought it was due to start in May but the leaflet I've got has a start date of yesterday (22 September), so I'm not sure if it's only just got off the ground or if it's being extended. When I get into Argostoli... (not that I'm in a rush to do that - but it's got to happen).
